Once your old Nikkor lens (pre -1977) has been converted to AI, it can be used on most new Nikon cameras including digital. The only issue on using manual focus Nikkor's on digital bodies is that the meter system does not function. I don't find this much of a problem as I just estimate my exposure, shoot, view the image on the camera LCD and make adjustments as necessary.

I still have a stock of original Nikon AI rings (they also include a tab so the lens can still be used on older Nikon cameras that need the meter coupling tab) but the supply is dwindling.

If your lens does not fall into the serial numbers above, we can not convert it to AI, as we use only the original Nikon supplied rings, and there is a very limited amount of the rings left. Price for all conversions is $45.00 plus $8.00 shipping. I get requests to sell just the kits without installation and this is not a problem but cost is still the same.
